Course Description
The Thai Tok Sen course takes place twice a year; during the third week of March and the third week of September.
The primary focus of this course will be to learn basic techniques for relaxation, working on energy lines in the whole body, using a standard wooden hammer and stick.
Our courses emphasize hands-on training and practical experience. In addition to working with the instructor and other students, you will have the opportunity to practice your new skills on Sirius Health client volunteers on the fourth day of training.
Tok Sen is a unique healing art founded only in Northern Thailand that uses a wooden hammer and wedge to clear blocked energy.
By the end of this course, you will be able to perform a complete 60-minute Tok Sen massage.
