If you're new to Thai Massage, we know that it can be intimidating. We offer beginner friendly programs.
If you already practice Thai massage, we also have you covered with progressive training programs, educational content and the knowledge to help you scale your movement and strength
When do the courses start and finish?
The courses are always available online. You can take each course at your own pace. The only deadline is your own drive to for health and wellness!

What equipment do I need for the courses?
We supply all the equipment for Thai massage at Sirius Health. To continue your practice at home, you will need a massage mat and a couple bolsters.
Will I get access to the full courses all at once?
You will gain access to the online course on the first day of your class.
